Come to this location when we go to Disney and most of the times there are no issues! Today the girl at the register who was taking our order was not paying attention and listening to what we were saying! We had to repeat our order to her 6x before you got it right! She needs to learn to listen and stop talking over customers!

There is another location a few miles away and I think next time I'll go there to avoid the frustration !

Poor customer service, I ordered 2 tuna sandwich and I got veggies instead. I called the manager said he was going to send the correct subs and instead he send the tuna in a plastic cup and asked me to put it in the veggies subs myself.
After he asked me to take it out of the trash

When I'm traveling I get tired of greasy food, so Jimmy John's can make a nice alternative. The crew here had a great sense of humor and joked around with us as they got our subs together Freakily Fast. The subs were cool, refreshing, and delicious. I have been trying to reduce the amount of bread I eat, but I throw that right out the window when I go to JJ's. The bread is just too good!
